Pasta in Red Sauce.

Serves 4 - 5 persons.
Preparation time: about 20 minutes.
Ingredients:
3 cup un-boiled penne or any other shape Pasta-boiled
2 medium capsicums-sliced into thin long fingers
2 medium tomatoes - sliced into thin long fingers
1 tsp oil
2 tsp crushed garlic
3/4 tsp pepper
1 tsp oregano
1 cup readymade tomato puree
1 ½ tsp salt
1 ½ cups milk
Method / Instructions:
Boll pasta. Drain well in cold water and coat with 1 tbsp oil so that it does not stick together.
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a kadhai (pan), add ½ tsp garlic, wait for ½ minute. Add boiled pasta, saute for 1-2 minutes. Add ½ tsp pepper and ½ tsp oregano. Mix, remove pasta from the kadhai (pan).
In the same kadhai (pan) heat 3 tbsp oil. Add 1-½ tsp crushed garlic. Wait till it changes color.
Add 1 cup readymade tomato puree, Cook for 3-4 minutes or till separates.
Add ½ tsp pepper, ½ tsp oregano and 1-½ tsp salt. Mix. Reduce heat and cook for 2 minutes.
Add boiled pasta, mix well.
Add capsicum, tomato and milk. Mix well Check salt and pepper. Remove from fire.
Serve hot with garlic bread.
